Multisource Management and Support

Trish Merrill was instrumental in the development of the Multisource model. She saw the need for the Multisource model and launched Multisource Document Services in early 1998.

Trish has over 30 years experience in the medical transcription business, working in management for a national transcription firm and in 1997 founded her own transcription consulting firm, providing operational and marketing assistance to start-up transcription firms and in-house transcription organizations. She has also worked as a trainer for several companies related to the implementation of new software for transcription in hospital and individual practices.

Trish has developed a relationship with the Emily Griffith Opportunity School in Denver Colorado through their internship program. In an effort to train new transcriptions to the transcription business, she helps them with individualized training and one-on-one coaching. She has also developed a national rapport within the transcription industry and is well known as a contributor to the Medical Transcription Daily web site (http://www.mtdaily.com), a medical transcription networking center.

Curt Merrill is one of our newest additions to the Multisource team bringing over 20 years experience in the selling of high-end products. He earned a degree in Business Management at the University of California at Fullerton in 1974 and now works with Multisource developing new sources of business in the transcription industry. He also keeps the company updated in the world of government contracts through contacts with local, state and US Government sources. He also manages sales for the Denver area of transcription services and dictation equipment.

Jennifer Sandford has been with the Multisource support team since early 2001. She came to MDS with 10 years experience with Medifax. She has worked her way through the ranks as a transcription trainee, editor, clerical supervisor and eventually an assistant manager. She has knowledge that spans from re-recording systems, data storage, network system management to staffing and training. She handles much of the assignment of the workload to the transcriptionists and edits the work of many of our newer transcriptionists.
